PRODUCTION PLANNING
Our planning department sequences production based on shipment deadlines, optimizing factory efficiency. Orders are strategically scheduled to maximize throughput and meet delivery commitments without compromise.

LAMINATING & CUTTING
Materials are laminated for structural integrity, then precision-cut using our top-of-the-line laser and knife cutting machines. Automated cutting ensures material optimization and consistent accuracy across high-volume runs.

SEWING & ASSEMBLY
Cut materials are prepared and assembled using pattern sewing machines and seamless press technology. Our sewing department adapts its layout for each article type, ensuring optimal stitch quality and production flow.

LASTING & FINISHING
The complete shoe is assembled on our lasting line layout machines, bringing all components together into the final product. Each pair undergoes finishing processes before moving to quality inspection.

QUALITY CONTROL
QC is not a single checkpoint — it is integrated at every production stage. Our in-house PD laboratory conducts material testing before production, and inspectors verify output quality throughout the manufacturing process.
PACKAGING & EXPORT
Finished goods are packaged to buyer specifications, documented with packing lists and export invoices, and shipped on schedule. Our merchandising team manages the complete export documentation and logistics chain.
