With over 40 years at the helm of Paragon Group Limited, Moshiur Rahman is recognized as one of the pioneers of Bangladesh’s agro industry. He brings to Parasole the same large-scale operational discipline, financial acumen, and strategic vision that built one of the country’s most respected conglomerates.
His decision to enter the footwear industry was deliberate — informed by years of market analysis and a conviction that Bangladesh’s shoe sector was positioned for rapid growth. Under his leadership, Parasole achieved full export-orientation within its first years of operation.
After joining the business alongside his father in 2024, Mahir Rahman is focused on learning at the side of a veteran leader — absorbing decades of operational wisdom while applying his own technical expertise to accelerate Parasole’s growth.
With a background in computer science and data analysis, he brings a systems-driven approach to manufacturing — integrating AI infrastructure, software engineering, and critical data analysis into daily workflows. His focus is on driving greater efficiency, improving quality of output, and implementing next-generation technology across every department.
